Yosi Horikawa
Yosi Horikawa is a self-taught sound designer who, from the age of 12, has spent most of his time and talent manipulating and grinding up all sorts of sounds. He puts no limits to his longings for acoustic explorations and mixes different genres, styles and instruments in order to plunge the audience into his very personal musical world. When this young producer uses his samplers, electro, jazz, hip hop and experimental music rub shoulders with each other in the most natural way.

Under The Snow Cover
Hi! I'm back with something new! I was recently making on Soundtrack-like album. It's in Epic Orchestra type of genre with live Instruments + some synth's. It's just around the corner in 1.04.2024! Album is called "Sonos Vitae" because I wanted to make something that's mine, not written for someone or anything. I started writing it in 2021, but back then, I lacked equipment, instruments, and knowledge. However, now, while I'm still in college, I am finally able to create what I had in mind for a long time. I may say something that isn't recommended, but to be honest: This album isn't something groundbreaking. It's weird, there are a lot of VSTs, and maybe there were some difficulties during mixing and mastering. But for me It's a step forward in my music development and It's something that I personally wanted to share with people around the world. (I just really like the style of soundtrack-like music). Overall, this album was a pain to produce. The tracks were remade three times, changing the instruments and other elements, and I lost all recordings midway because of a dead hard drive. It took another year to rerecord everything. Nevertheless, I'm publishing it because I believe it's now good enough to be enjoyed by everyone. Overall about this track: This piece is about a journey trough the mountains, featuring a live, solo Bass Clarinet. In the middle you can hear fast string passages, playing a cheerful, determined melody, echoed by brass, woodwinds and xylophone. A contrast to what was earlier. Music/Composition/Production/Mastering - Filip Bogusłowicz Bass Clarinet - Wojciech Dunaj Thank you for listening, and see you later on the next release!more
